To Start the blog, I should probably introduce the band.  There are four members of the band who all possess great running abilities, as well as wear Puma Faas sneakers.  Their nicknames are Rocker, Flex, And, and Groove.  Each one of them hails from Jamaica and all have unique skills within the band.
